We accept the products which are ordered on our site and shipped by us. Return window is 24 hours. You can only return items with the faulty/damaged product or wrong product. We request you all to open the parcel as soon as you receive the product and if faculty then give it back to the delivery boy. Make sure before you proceed with any return contact us on contact@brothsista.com and add all the details of the faulty or wrong item. And don’t forget to mention the order/invoice number.
Requirements for Return
- Include the order/invoice number which you got while purchasing on brothsista.com.
- Make sure nothing is missing, and you deliver the parcel back.
- If the product is used or scratched/damage, then it won’t be taken for return.
- You will only get the value of your product. You won’t get any shipping money back.
- A return will charge you the shipping cost.
- The refund process can take 3-4 days after we receive the product.
After receiving your product. Our quality team will check the product and will let you know on the mail. That are you eligible for refund or not.
